Lisa

Lisa is the operations manager at the Institute. She oversees all functions from seminar/stage set-up to student enrollments and graduations. She brings a multitude of experience with her including more than 12 years in financial business services. This includes working with a leading provider of retirement plan services for small and mid-sized companies.

She enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing and Dahn Yoga. She is originally from St. Petersburg, FL.

Grace

Grace oversees all student data base functions. She inputs student registrations, on-line scoring and the Sales eIQ for each record. She brings amazing support from the ability to type faster than Glenn can speak in public to proofing media releases and articles from the Institute.

She enjoys walking, reading, ceramics and her wonderful grandchildren. Grace is originally from Waukesha, WI.

Bob Mueller

Bob Mueller worked with American Suzuki Corporation for 27 years. His understanding of corporate sales development and our sales processes is exemplary. Bob specializes in customizing corporate sales programs. Currently Bob is working with sales educational programs affecting the sales of more than 1,000 dealerships across North America and Canada.

Bob's passion: helping individuals to grow their happiness in both their professional and personal lives.

Bob is a true motorcycle enthusiast. (He was a finisher in the 2005 and 2007 Iron Butt Rally's.) Bob is originally from Boise, Idaho.

Roger Holmberg

Roger Holmberg, JM2 Video creates our on-line videos from the Introduction Video on the home page to the Demonstration Video. He began his career in Hollywood, CA over 15 years ago. He has edited several hundred TV commercials to music videos for Madonna to Michael Jackson.

He is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, part time rock climber and father to a family of 6. Roger is originally from Thousand Oaks, CA.
