Lisa

Lisa is the operations manager at the Institute. She oversees all functions from seminar/stage set-up to student enrollments and graduations. She brings a multitude of experience with her including more than 12 years in financial business services. This includes working with a leading provider of retirement plan services for small and mid-sized companies. She is also a licensed Aesthetician.

She enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing and Yoga. She is originally from St. Petersburg, FL.

Grace

Grace oversees all student data base functions. She inputs student registrations, on-line scoring and the Sales eIQ for each record. She brings amazing support from the ability to type faster than Glenn can speak in public to proofing media releases and articles from the Institute.

She enjoys walking, reading, ceramics and her wonderful grandchildren. Grace is originally from Waukesha, WI.

Bob Mueller

Bob Mueller's background includes a 27 year career with American Suzuki Corporation, with positions ranging from field sales to upper management. His understanding of corporate processes, sales development and sales education processes is exemplary. Bob's passion: helping individuals to grow their happiness in both their professional and personal lives.

Bob is a true motorcycle enthusiast. He was a finisher in the 2005 and 2007 Iron Butt Rally – arguably the toughest amateur endurance motorcycle event in the world, and has ridden tens of thousands of miles of off-road adventures in the US and Mexico. Bob is originally from Boise, Idaho.

Tim Martin

Tim C. Martin, Global Paradox Inc., creates the on-line videos used in our educational programs and demonstration videos. He has been in broadcasting and video production for over twenty years, and has traveled nationally and internationally to produce award-winning programming.

Tim grew up in British Columbia, Canada. He has been enjoying off-road riding since the age of twelve.

Petra

Petra, a German native, oversees English to German translations for our programs in Europe. She ensures that our translations for the videos, books websites and e-mail correspondences are correct. Being a certified translator, she has translated several books into German.

When not translating, she also enjoys hiking, Pilates and her family.
