This is a new, continuous sales education program designed for manufacturer to dealer support or for dealership to staff support. This program is unlike any retail sales training program on the market. It takes a salesperson from a sold, basic understanding to a highly advanced level. Topics covered. To garner support for this unique program, it had to meet two initiatives to be of value in retail operations.
- The Time/Value Factor - Each module can be completed in less than 7 minutes/day (or 30 minutes/week).
- The ROI Factor - The Return On Investment is quickly reflected in additional unit and accessory sales.
Can you give me an overview of how this program works?
Enrollment in this program may occur either by clicking the "Add to Cart" button below or through a sponsoring manufacturer. (A list of sponsoring manufacturers is shown below.) There are no registration (or withdrawal) fees to participate in the program! There is a single monthly tuition for each store location of $99.98. However, if each student enrolled graduates that month's learning module, they earn an "In Bonus" award and the tuition is thereby reduced to $49.99 for that store's location.
Additionally, this type of enrollment offers unlimited student enrollments for each store location (over 50 there is an additional $10 tuition per student), and covers all administrative support, such as ongoing enrollments, withdrawals, and online support. As a new item, a live, on line student activity report is readily available to monitor all student activity. Currently, this ongoing program, The Continuing Education Program, is available for up to four years of support.
