of the sales process and one's self

To this end we are committed. Every book, package, program or seminar created by this institution is dedicated to this single purpose. When the profession of selling is understood by those in the profession of sales the experience of being sold is transformed to one of being understood. When a customer is understood their decision to own any product or service is made simple, efficient and enjoyable.

Our main program, The Professionals Program encompasses every aspect of the sales process. This program is built upon two ingredients; sales and self. Furthermore, individuals understanding this program operate outside the typical "sales games" as they have come to know a higher path. The difference between operating in a mode of sales games and sales professionalism is in one's understanding of the different levels in the sales process.

Until now these levels have not been defined. As such, how could one know the difference? Individuals to corporations are currently using our materials and programs to foster higher levels of sales results. By educating one's sales team in essence means less lost customers. For it is not as much about increasing traffic flow as it also is about making the best use of current traffic flow or customer contacts.

If a business or company wants to increase their sales or sales closing ratio, how can this be done without doing something different? If something is to be done differently how does one begin? We create educational materials and programs to change understanding.

Yet, what does one do when the individual hired does not want to learn or grow? Under the Support Center tab you will find a second program known as The Educational Program. This program is designed to determine any new or current employee's aptitude or willingness to grow in their understanding. We believe it is more than hiring people, it is about hiring the correct people. This program determines right out of the gate an individual's desire to excel, to grow. It also builds a strong basic understanding of the sales process and an advanced understanding that very few salespeople possess today. It gives an individual in the profession of sales the opportunity to excel by knowing exactly what they are doing.

Some companies are taking first steps first. By enrolling their current staff, new hires or potential new hires into The Educational Program as a first step, they are able to decide which employees they want to have continue into The Professionals Program. When students graduate from The Educational Program they receive a special link that allows them to invest in the portions of The Professionals Program that were not included in The Educational Program. This allows management the opportunity to invest in those that want to grow while also revealing those that are not interested.
